Sound System
The optional sound system is manufactured and installed by Bang & Olufsen the very well known Danish Company.
These systems are operator friendly and designed for many years use without technical difficulties.
The system throughout the house is operated by one remote control.
All speakers have their own amplifiers installed within the unit. You will not see wires and equipment resembling a sound studio, these systems are pleasing to the eye and adhere themselves to the interior decor unobtrusively.
Floors
Bedrooms and gymnasium will be covered with real wood panels which are manufactured in Germany and come in a variety of custom choices e.g. Walnut, Oak and Chestnut which are treated to withstand humidity. All other floors will be laid with mat finish non-slip high grade marble.
The property will benefit from underfloor heating. Our Sauna, Turkish Bath and floors will be supplied by 'GLD Marble Broker', the worlds finest marble architects who have supplied some of the greatest 5 star hotels around the world including Turkey and Dubai.
Stairs are of Turkish Bursa Beje non-slip marble with a thickness of 5.5cm. It is the finest export quality and has a very limited production.
Roads and Pathways
All pathways will be created from the stone taken from the mountain, when creating the shelves for the house and pool and will be used to build and pave.
This particular stone is a volcanic variety and is not brittle and has a unique colour of its own. The same stone is used to build the perimeter and some retaining walls.
Roads leading up to the house will be paved using concrete blocks that are tongue and groove because concrete lasts longer and is more stable on a hillside. During heavy rain the surface is not slippery thus more safe for vehicles and people walking on it.
Air Conditioning System
We will give the buyer the option to either have a room by room system which, while more complicated, is cheaper to run and therefore more "green", or a single whole house system. The single room system may be safer in that if one room goes down through mechanical breakdown then the rest of the house is still heating or cooling.
