Security

During the building process we will build in the wiring for the fire and security systems, video intercoms and CCTV video surveillance for inside the house and for communication with the gate security staff (if required).

Sensors for fire, smoke and movement will cover the house and immediate area around the property.

We intend to include the physical protection of Keyless locks for those rooms that require special security, video intercom and alarm lock systems.

A state of the art intercom system to the security gate and within the house will be included. Cameras can be monitored from the gate house (if included) and within the house itself.

Electricity will be generated on site as well as using the grid so any failure of the supply to the house will not affect the security systems.

Windows will be triple glazed self cleaning and shatter proof to dissuade those trying to enter illegally with glass motion detectors built in. Pools, in addition to the above we can provide the latest child resistant microprocessor controlled pool alarms for children's safety.

Floors

It is our intention to provide floors made of best grade marble which can be cut so that it is anti-slip. If wooden floors are required perhaps on stairs, gymnasium and bedrooms etc, then they will be treated to ensure they are slip-resistant. Under floor heating will be installed.

Fire and Lightning Protection

Fire already mentioned above. Lightning, all buildings will have lightning conductors for your safety.

Electrical

We will install electrical anti-surge equipment to safeguard your computer systems and other sensitive equipment from damage due to fluctuations in the flow. Child proof sockets only used throughout.
